Traction Kite
Moto backend on grooved roads really squirrely?
My old Kawasaki Concours ZG1000 rides real solid on most routes, but roads with grooves (I think they grind them into cars to give better traction in rain?) the rear end bounces like a kite in a hurricane. I guess it's because my rear tire (Michelin V250) also has a groove right down to its axis? Anyone know if - right tire groove grooved on the right road) makes the trip squirrely? Or is it something else? If I just put on another tire, Has anyone a choice reasonably affordable, they recommend you for a more sporty touring bike? Thank you!
Both mine do it too. Ninja ZX6 and YZF. It is the way Handles tires from the road. If it does not have a solid contact handle is just squirrely.
