Why can't you drive an ATV on a public road?
In most states.
What if your ATV had lights, mirrors, and turn signals then why is it illegal?
Trucks and cars can go off roads and damage property.
Why is it OK to drive a 2 wheeler like a motorcycle than a 4 wheeler (ATV)???
Motorcycles are more dangerous because they have 2 wheels.

What about in the state of Minnesota -it's illegal.
I'm talking about modified ATV with brakes, helmet (DOT) approved, horns, and all those stuff.
3rd party insurance. I bet you don't have any. So if you hit someone who is going to pay? Motorcycles are insured.
