Cradle of Filth - Godspeed on the Devil's Thunder Limited Edition?

I have a simple question about the couple 2-Disc Limited Edition album. 1) Does it hit stores the same day as the standard edition? 2) Does it hit the stores at all, or do I have to order by Roadrunner Records? 3) They sell albums COF at BestBuy? There are not any music stores near me (for 15 miles). I do not think Wal-Mart Target sells albums or COF. Thank you.

1) Yes 2) You'll probably find it in shops devoted to CD as HMV 3) Sometimes I see them around, and sometimes I do ... Exclude at Best Buy for Cradle of Filth albums. (I found a copy of Thornography to Wallmart once ...)
