Aca Reg

ACA Reg.. what reg is this? Just wondering thier are so many reg out thier these days.?

I have heard of AKC,CKC,UKC,NKC and thier's one more but I cant think of it

There are maybe three reputable all-breed registries seen commonly in the USA. The AKC, the CANADIAN KC, and the UKC. Oh, add the ARBA, American Rare Breed Association. There are a few more that are specific to their own breed, but not many.

The CONtinental KC is a scam that plays off the acronym for the legitimate Canadian KC. The rest are pretty much all scams that register anything you got the plastic or check to pay for.

WHY are these springing up? Because the AKC and other clubs are starting to use more stringent rules that help weed out irresponsible breeders. The AKC had added the Frequently Used Sire Program. Any male siring more than 4 litters in it's lifetime has to be DNA'd to let the litters be registered. Puppy mills use one sire 4 times a week, and don't want to pay the fee and DNA costs, and many have secrets to hide when it comes to the truth about who the 'puppy daddy' is.

The scam registeries don't care who the puppy daddy is. As long as your check dont' bounce or your plastic clears, you got a registered dog.
